Due to the great response to the workshop with Klára Sedlo, we have prepared a sequel (No. 2), in which we will continue with the previous topic, “Mixing Three Colors.” All workshops are suitable for beginners, previous participants, and advanced students.

We will review color theory and, using just three colors, we will embark on a still life full of metallic, gold, and silver materials. We will thus tackle a (seemingly!) complicated still life :) Why seemingly? Klára will guide us through the process and show us that painting a silver watering can or a gold ornament is not as difficult as it seems.

For beginners, Klára will explain color theory in more detail and prepare a simpler still life or part of one to try out.

What to bring:
Painting supplies and canvases will be provided, but we recommend wearing work clothes or an apron (you will be working primarily with acrylics; if you would like to use oils, please let us know.
